Director of Marketing & Operations
Dmitriy Zolotykh is Director of Marketing and Operation for Performance Training Associates, a franchise for Dale Carnegie Training, Inc. Dmitriy, whose first Dale Carnegie experience came during college when his friend introduced him to Dale Carnegie’s diverse offerings, has been with the company since January 2010.
Dmitriy is responsible for promotional email marketing, fostering relationships with new clients, growing the client database, and managing daily operations within the office. As part of his job, he builds specialized programs for clients and helps implement those programs by training clients. His ability to customize or tailor a program to the needs of the client is regarded by others in the office as exceptional. His clients enjoy working with him from start to finish on a project that he designs. “I enjoy operations and seeing a project from start to finish,” says Zolotykh.
He is known by his peers for being customer-oriented and hard working. Coworkers regard him as a team player. “He is one of the most sincere guys I know,” says Cameron McCurdy. “He exemplifies Dale Carnegie principles as part of his everyday life no matter his mood.” He loves helping others and is a mentor to the seasonal interns. He is dedicated and supportive of others in the office.
Dmitriy is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie course, High Impact presentation course, and the Leadership Training for Managers course. Dmitriy is a Certified Trainer, and Live Online Certified Producer – one of about ten in the world.
As part of PTA’s continued growth, Dmitriy doubled the company’s Twitter audience in less than five months and was a pioneer in the creation and development of PTA’s Facebook and online social presence.
Before joining Dale Carnegie, Dmitriy graduated UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Management in 2009 with a degree in marketing and minor in Economics. From 2008-2010, he served as Marketing Communications specialist with Dow Roofing Systems and began working at PTA as a social media intern before transitioning into Director of Marketing and Operations, his current role with the franchise.
